Registrations Are Open For Training In Hetero-Identification

Registrations are open for the training of the Permanent Commission for Hetero-identification of the Judiciary of the State of Tocantins, a crucial initiative to ensure impartiality and respect in the process of hetero-identification of racial and ethnic groups. Under the coordination of Judge Renata do Nascimento e Silva, the training will take place at the premises of the Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (ESMAT), from August 29th to September 1st, 2023.

The modality of the action will be face-to-face and it will offer a total workload of 30 hours. Offering 50 vacancies, the opportunity is aimed at magistrates, civil servers of the Judiciary of the State of Tocantins and employees of Partner Bodies.

The team of professors, composed of Solange Aparecida do Nascimento, George França dos Santos and Ana Paula dos Santos, will guide the participants during the four planned modules that will address relevant and current content.

The creation of the Permanent Commission for Hetero-identification in the Judiciary is an important mark to promote equality, diversity and justice. By adopting measures that recognize and respect ethnic and racial diversity, the Judiciary of the State of Tocantins is complying with the constitutional principles of human dignity and isonomy.
