Esmat Opens Vacancies For The Course From Concept To Implementation: Training For Innovation Laboratorians

The Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (ESMAT) carries out, between August 2nd and 4th, the training of magistrates and civil servers to work in innovation laboratories, providing them with the course From Concept to Implementation: Training for Innovation Laboratorians. 10 vacancies are being offered.  Registration must be done by e-mail to This email address is being protected from spambots. Classes are aimed at developing leadership, communication and teamwork skills, so that they can work as agents of change and contribute to the success of innovation projects, applying innovation management concepts and tools, from identifying opportunities to implementing innovative solutions.

The modality is face-to-face at the Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins, where the participants must attend from 8:30 a.m. to 11:40 a.m. and from 2:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.



About the course


The innovation lab can be considered an environment for exploring new ideas, technologies and solutions to solve problems that positively impact society and is composed of multidisciplinary teams responsible for researching, creating and testing new solutions to specific challenges, using design thinking methodologies, fast prototyping, experimentation and agile learning.

Our aim is to train key justice actors to lead and develop innovation processes, providing them with the skills to identify opportunities to create innovation strategies, manage innovation projects and implement creative and innovative solutions in services and processes, but also to develop critical and creative thinking to solve them, while also creating a working environment that encourages creativity and experimentation, promoting a culture of innovation in the institution.

 

About the facilitator Yna Barbosa Honda e Sousa

PhD student in Technology and Innovation (UTFPR). Postgraduate student in Neurolaw (ESMAFE). Master in Governance and Sustainability, by ISAE / FGV, 2019. She has: laboratory training, by Ijusplab, of the Federal Justice of the State of São Paulo, 2019; and international certification in Storytelling - McSill Story Studio, 2020. Specialist in Tax Law, by Curitiba Integrated Colleges, 2001. Graduated in Law from UFPR, 1999. Judicial Analyst at the Regional Electoral Court of the State of Paraná, since 2008.
