Magistrates From The Judiciary Of The State Of Tocantins Are Trained To Apply Judgment Protocol With A Gender Perspective

The course on Protocol for Judging with a Gender Perspective within the Judiciary, with a workload of 25 hours, reaches its final phase. The objective of the training was to provide the participants with a specific training that promotes a sensitive and impartial analysis of legal cases, taking into consideration gender inequalities and seeking to guarantee rights and equity in the judgment process.

The magistrates from the Judiciary of the State of Tocantins who participated in the course will be qualified to apply the Trial Protocol with a Gender Perspective in their judicial activities. The training approached relevant themes, such as gender concepts, gender violence, equality, stereotypes and prejudices, besides presenting methodologies and practical tools for the application of the protocol.

The students must evaluate the curricular structure, the teacher, the learning facilitators and the methodology applied until tomorrow (Friday, July 7th).
