Servers and magistrates from the judiciary of the state of Tocantins improve emotional skills in a course on emotional intelligence

On Monday morning (April 24th), the course on "Emotional Intelligence - Emotions Management", developed by the Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (ESMAT), had its first face-to-face meeting with servers and magistrates of the Judiciary of the State of Tocantins. With a workload of 19 hours and held in hybrid modality, the action aims to train the students to develop emotional resources at work, aiming at managing emotions and feelings during daily and unexpected situations.

Divided into IV Modules, the course is being taught by the learning facilitator, Rudiney Moreira da Silva. In this first meeting, the content of Module I was worked on, focusing on building a greater emotional intelligence to feel safe to deal with the day-to-day challenges and assume the responsibilities inherent to their functions, as well as manage the changes caused by the pandemic.

With high expectations, Graziely Nunes, administrative coordinator of the General Internal Affairs of Justice, highlighted the importance of the training in Emotional Intelligence. "This training will allow us to know ourselves better and improve interpersonal relationships, which will reflect positively in the work environment, promoting a more collaborative and healthy climate, besides enhancing efficiency and effectiveness in our functions," she said. For her, the training is fundamental for the personal and professional development of the public servers and magistrates of the Judiciary.
