Opening registers for the non-violent communication course

Those interested in participating in the Non-Violent Communication course have to register between the 23rd and 30th of April. The course has as a target-public: Magistrates, Nupemec servers, licensed conciliators, servers of the Restorative Justice Commission and servers of the Cejuscs. The course will be held at Esmat in the period of June 2nd to 5th, 2020, being the 1st Group on June 2nd and 3rd and the 2nd Group on June 4th and 5th,  obeying the sanitary and health  guidelines in force on the date of the course. 

With a 20 hours class load, each group, 12 theoretical hours and 8 practical hours will be taught, the course will approach topics such as Empathy and Emotional Intelligence, Case Studies, Didactic Theater, Research on Communication (Non-Verbal Communication (CNV)); The message architecture; The Essence of Non-Verbal Communication (CNV), Empathic Listening, Autenticity, among others.

Classes will be taught by Professor Sven Fröhlich-Archangelo and the codocent Julianne Freire Marques. The course proposal is to approach issues such as Communication/relationship/mediation and conflict resolution/emotional intelligence: Non-violent Communication is a way to express itself in a true and assertive way that increases the willingness to cooperate and support one another.

About Professors:

Sven Fröhlich – International facilitator of Non-Violent Communication and Intercultural Communication; conflict mediator. For 20 years he has worked as a coach and freelance consultant in companies and institutions. Manager of the Didactic Studies Center, in Göttingen – Germany – for 3 years. Speaker at seminars at the University of Humboldt in Berlim, at the Technical University of Dresden and at the University Ludwig-Maximilian in Munich.

 

Julianne Freire Marques – Master in Jurisdictional Provision and Human Rights, by Federal University of Tocantins and School of Judges of Tocantins, 2015. Graduated in Law, by the University of Tocantins, 1998. Magistrate at the Court of Justice of Tocantins; holder of the Special Court for Children and Youth of Araguaína District / TO. Restoration Circle Facilitator. General Secretary at AMB (Association of Brazilian Magistrates).
