Registration for judges and officials of the Judiciary in Tocantins interested in participating in the course Precatories Management starts on Tuesday (17th) and runs until November 20th, 2020.
The course, held by the School of Judges of Tocantins (ESMAT), aims to study, based on an in-depth analysis of Resolution No. 303 from 2019 of CNJ, the current rules that must be followed by the courts of justice for the proper precatories management and RPV, from their dispatch and requisition, organization of the chronological order, verification of compliance by debtor entities, until the actual payment to creditors.
There are 40 places being offered, and classes will be held from November 23rd to December 16th, 2020. Registrations will be made by the Virtual Academic Secretariat (VAS), on Esmat's website. Offered remotely, due to health restrictions about Covid-19, the course will be available as distance learning through Esmat's Virtual Learning Environment (VAS).
