Executive Secretariat in Public Administration course comes to an end

With the objective of training male and female public servers in the development of competencies for the application of different strategies for the development of routine administrative actions, control, management and organization within the institutional standards applied to secretarial work, the Executive Secretariat in Public Administration course successfully concluded its activities on Tuesday (December 7th)

With 21 hours of training, the course offered 40 vacancies, distributed among male and female employees of the Judiciary of the State of Tocantins. Held remotely through Esmat’s Virtual Environment and Google Meet Platform, the course was facilitated by the Professor Jefferson Sampaio de Moura.

 

About the facilitator:

Professor at the Federal Institute of Brasília (IFB). PhD candidate in Social Policy at the University of Brasília (UnB). Master in Human Rights and Citizenship, from UnB. Specialist in Higher Education Teaching. Graduated in Bilingual Executive Secretariat. Leader of the Research Group in Management, Executive Assistance, Secretariat and Society (GAEXS). Member of the Executive Secretariat Committee of the DF (COMSECDF). Deputy Secretary, 2018-2021, of the Brazilian Association of Secretariat Research (BASR). Member of the Global Academy of Innovation and Secretariat (Pepitas Secretaries Club). He has given workshops, lectures and courses for secretarial professionals in several Brazilian institutions, such as the Ministry of Science, Technology, Innovation and Communication (MCTIC); Presidency of the Republic; Ministry of Education; and in public and private Universities.
