Registrations are open for the fundamental rights: a humanized view of the justice in the state of Tocantins course

Registrations are open until July 11th, 2022, for those interested in participating in the Fundamental Rights: a humanized view of the Justice in the State of Tocantins.

Held by the Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (ESMAT), the training aims to discuss with magistrates, civil servers, and other collaborators from the Judiciary of the State of Tocantins, the Practices of Prevention of Domestic Violence against Women, Guarantee of Rights of Children and Adolescents, and Humanized Care for Victims of Crime and Infractional Acts, so that the judicial provision is optimized in this field.

160 vacancies are being offered to magistrates and servers of the Judiciary of the State of Tocantins, who work preferably in the areas of domestic violence, attention to victims of crime and infractional acts, childhood and youth. With a class load of 85 hours, the classes will be held remotely, through the School’s Virtual Platform, from July 13th to August 15th, 2022.

What to expect from the course?

Divided into IV Modules of 20 class hours each, the training will address important themes for and about the assistance to the jurisdictional of the State of Tocantins, being the women victims of domestic violence, children in situations of risk and vulnerability, and the victims of crimes and infractional acts.

With that in mind, the topics are separated by themes: DOMESTIC VIOLENCE, ATTENTION TO VICTIMS OF CRIMES AND INFRACTIONAL ACTS, CHILDHOOD AND YOUTH, AND SEXUAL, MORAL, AND DISCRIMINATION HARASSMENT.
