Aiming to train conciliators and mediators in the correct application of the consensual methods of conflict resolution in the consumer area, especially in the renegotiation/rescheduling of debts, the Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (ESMAT) held, from June 8th to 30th, 2022, the Training Course for Conciliators and Mediators in Techniques for Prevention and Treatment of Over-indebted Consumers.
Distance-learning by Master and Judge Umbelina Lopes Pereira Rodrigues, the qualification offered one hundred vacancies for DAJ-4 10 conciliators, Cejuscs servers, Nupemec accredited conciliators, Cejusc Ulbra conciliators and trainees, and Ulbra professors.
