Registrations are open for admission and participation in the Post-Course Monitoring of Applied Judicial Administration (AJA)

The Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (ESMAT) will hold, from October 14th, 2022 to February 17th, 2023, the Post-Course on Monitoring of Applied Judicial Administration (AJA). The action has a class load of 10 hours and it will be taught by the professors Carlos Henrique Borlido Haddad and Luis Antonio Capanema Pedrosa.

For the training, three Judicial Units will be attended. One representative per Judicial Unit, that is, a magistrate or server that has participated in the applied Judicial Administration course (AJA) and in the Applied Judicial Administration – Advanced Level.

If there are no registrations until October 4th, the General Internal Affairs of Justice will choose 3 teams from 3 units with the participants who have completed the Applied Judicial Administration course, among magistrates and civil servers.

The monitoring will be carried out remotely and aims to guide the courts and judicial units on how to make progress and kick-start administrative and judicial processes to improve communication, productivity, speed, and to allow the degree of adherence and effectiveness of the management practices adopted to be gauged.
