Promoted by the Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (ESMAT), the course on the Law of Public Registry and Rural Land Regularization will be held remotely, from October 10th to December 16th, 2022.
Eighty vacancies are being made available for Judges, employees of the Judiciary of the State of Tocantins, and employees linked to the federal, State, or municipal institutions in charge of the land issues within the scope of their competences.
The training, with a class load of 60 hours, aims to enable those registered to disseminate the general notions of the Public Registries, based on a detained and in-depth analysis of the Law number 6.015, of 1973, and its updates.
