Civil servers of the Judiciary of the state of Tocantins already have a new tool for opening of calls of services of the Information and Communication Technology (ICT). The solution was implemented by the Directorate of Information Technology of the Court of Justice of the State of Tocantins (Dtinf/TJTO). Access to the new tool is effectively available to the entire functional body since last March 30th.
The new solution, Jira Service Management (JSM), will replace the current support system for users of the ICT services of the Judiciary of the state of Tocantins, the IFS Assyst. The old tool will be deactivated gradually and it will remain available only for consultation of already registered calls. For the director of Dtinf, Alice Setúbal, the change represents an important step forward for the Judiciary.
“The implementation of Jira represents a significant leap in the digital maturity of any organization, especially our Judiciary. More than a simple callout system, the new Service Desk functions as an integrated ecosystem that unites IT, Operations and Business teams in a single value stream," she highlighted.
The new platform aims to make a more agile, intuitive and efficient service, as well as expand integration among services and incorporate new automation features. Access to the portal must be made with the institutional email, through the address: servicos.tic.tjto.jus.br.
Service Portal
With clean layout and more intuitive navigation, the new tool brings usability and automation improvements, as well as offering expanded licensing for units serving ICT services, updating service management flows and integration with data from the People Management area.
Through the service center, it will be possible to open requests related to support and maintenance, telephony, systems, network and connectivity, IT infrastructure, security, among other services. The platform also has the Strategic Demands tab, where users can submit proposals for new projects to the Judiciary of the state of Tocantins.
