Courses And Events On Innovation, Management, And Specialized Topics Move The Agenda Of Esmat In April

The Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (Esmat) promotes, throughout April, a programming that brings together courses, workshops and events aimed at innovation, judicial management, technical improvement and issues of institutional and social relevance. The agenda includes in person, semi-in person, Distance Learning and self-study activities, with actions aimed at magistrates, civil servers, trainees, collaborators and professionals from partner institutions, according to the public provided for in each notice.

The month begins, on April 6th, with the event on "Digital Transformation: Practical Application of AI in the Judiciary of the state of Tocantins", which proposes institutional awareness and strategic alignment on the responsible use of artificial intelligence in judicial and administrative activities. 

On the same date, the course on "Qlik Sense SaaS Front" begins, focused on the advanced use of the tool to strengthen data governance and institutional decision-making.

Also starting from the 6th, the course on "Modeling and publication of learning trails with Artificial Intelligence (AI)" will begin, aimed at building training paths aligned with knowledge management and digital transformation.

On April 7th and 8th, the programming will be followed by the course on "Understanding the Biopsychosocial Model of Disability", aimed at accredited servers and professionals in the areas of Accessibility, People Management and Health, as well as partner institutions of the Judiciary of the state of Tocantins.

Also on the 7th  the course on "Civil Law and Civil Procedure in Practice: Technical, Resources and Precedents" begins, with semi-presential activities aimed at magistrates and civil servers working in the offices of the 2nd Instance attached to the Chambers of Private Law. The initiative is coordinated by Justice Angela Issa Haonat and the civil server Glacielle Borges Torquato.

On the same week, Esmat holds Class I of the Workshop on "AI Solution (GAIA) Integrated to Eproc", on the 7th, and Class I of the Workshop on "AI Generative and Automation in Administrative Management", on the 8th. With coordination by Justice Jacqueline Adorno and the civil server Alice Setubal, the objective event, according to the Notice no. 064 of 2026, "develop the practical and critical mastery of the Gemini tool, promoting its ethical and responsible use, in accordance with institutional guidelines, enhancing efficiency in management and support routines through the strategic use of the AI tool of Google."

On the days 8 and 9, the course on "Qlik Sense SaaS Developer" will be held, intended for civil servers working in the Directorate of Information Technology. Already on the 9th, the agenda includes the "Workshop on Inspection of Contracts with Exclusive Labor Dedication: Practical Focus for Sector Tax Officers of the TJTO" and Class II of the Workshop on "AI Solution (GAIA) Integrated into EPROC", both with a focus on technical improvement and qualified use of institutional tools and procedures.

On April 10th, the School promotes the II Meeting of Court Clerks of the Court of Justice, aimed at presenting services and products made available by the administrative units of the Court of Justice to the districts.

On the same date, it will be available the self-study course on "Tackling Domestic and Family Violence against Women", scheduled to follow until November 15th, with a focus on the qualification of professionals from the care network for women in situations of violence. The training is coordinated by Judge Cirlene Maria de Assis Santos Oliveira.

In the second half-year, the agenda features the course on "Fluid Market Contracting and e-Marketplace in the Public Sector," on April 13th and 14th, with an approach to innovations of the Law No. 14.133, 2021, new modalities and good hiring practices.

On the 14th and 15th, Class I of the 1st Week of Excellence Management will be held in the city of Palmas, with the theme: "Judicial Management with Purpose: People, Processes, and Results," aimed at training magistrates and civil servers of the Central Region in the analysis of statistical data and agile methodologies. Judge Manuel de Faria Reis Neto is responsible for coordinating the initiative.

From April 16th to May 7th, Esmat also offers the EaD course on "Child and adolescent care in Foster Family Services (SFA): the role of the technical teams of the Judiciary in the Reassessment of the Protective Measure", aimed at accredited professionals in the Management Group of Multidisciplinary Teams (GGEM) working in the program.

On April 22nd and 23rd, the course on "Rural Credit and Renegotiation of Rural Debts - Practical and Controversial Aspects" - will be held, aimed at magistrates and civil servers of the Judiciary of the state of Tocantins. On the same dates, the city of Gurupi receives the Class II of the I Week of Excellence Management, intended for the units in the South Region.

The schedule for the final end of the month includes the Class III of the Workshop on "Generative AI and Automation in Administrative Management", on the 23rd, the same date as the Workshop on Solidary Selective Collection: training on solid waste - Class XVI -, focused on the District of Palmeirópolis.

On the 24th, Class IV of the workshop on "Generative AI and Automation in Administrative Management" will take place. Already on the 29th and 30th, it will be promoted the Classes III and IV of the Workshop on "AI Solution (GAIA) Integrated to Eproc".

Closing the agenda of the month, on April 30th, it will be held the event: "Ombudsman for Women: Voice and Presence", with semi-presential programming and transmission to the interior districts. The activity, coordinated by Justice Ângela Maria Ribeiro Prudente, is aimed at the internal public of the Judiciary, students, professionals of the Justice System and community in general.
