The Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (Esmat) organizes, throughout March, a series of training sessions that meet different needs of the Judiciary of the state of Tocantins (PJTO): planning and management, hiring routines, work in offices, use of Eproc and training in institutional communication, as well as initiatives in the socio-environmental area.
March from the 2nd to the 4th
For those who work with hiring and need to deal with cost sheets and price formation, the month has already started with the in-person course on "Elaboration of Cost Sheet and Pricing Formation according to the IN SEGES no 5, of 2017 / no 98, of 2022, Law no. 14.133, of 2021, labor reform and gradual re-taxation of the payroll with the use of Artificial Intelligence". More information can be found in the Notice no. 011, of 2026.
March 2nd and 3rd
Also at the beginning of this month, the "Workshop on Strategic Alignment and Focus on Deliveries (TJTO Management 2025-2026)" brings together directors, auxiliary judges, office chiefs and advisors, with the proposal, according to the Notice No. 003 of 2026, of "reinforce the focus and commitment of the team to complete priority projects (...) by June, 2026
From march 2nd to june 2nd
And, for justices and civil servers who work in offices of the 2nd Instance, the course on "Judicial Administration Applied to Offices in the 2nd Instance" has already begun, in EaD (Distance Learning Education) format, with the guidance of Post-Doc Carlos Henrique Borlido Haddad and doctoral student Luis Antonio Capanema Pedrosa. As described in the Notice no. 013 of 2026, the training aims to "provide participants with practical learning about the implementation and operation of the management model". The coordination is in charge of Judge Ana Paula Brandão Brazil and the civil server Glacielle Borges Torquato.
Open registrations and beginning on march 5th
If your agenda is system, it’s worth noting: registration for two self-study courses on Eproc is already open. The activities will be available from March 5th to November 15th, in the Virtual Learning Environment of Esmat (AVA), with 500 vacancies per class, aimed at magistrates, civil servers, legal residents and trainees, according to the instance of action. One class is focused on Eproc 1st grade and the other on Eproc 2nd grade. Those interested can learn more and sign up clicking here.
From march 9th to october 30th
For those seeking to prepare for the teleworking regime, Esmat provides the "Preparation for Teleworking (Class II)" in the AVA from March 9th to November 15th. Registrations are also open and they can be made through this link.
March from the 9th to the 13th
In the following week, the agenda focuses on institutional communication with the face-to-face course on "Media Training for Spokespeople of the Judiciary of the state of Tocantins", aimed at improving relations with the press and preventing risks and image crises. The proposal, according to the Notice no. 021 of 2026, is to "offer strategic training in Media Training for magistrates and civil servers who act as institutional spokespeople for the Judiciary of the state of Tocantins (...)”.
From march 18th
If you are a professional accredited to the Management Group of Multidisciplinary Teams (GGEM), three EaD courses begin on March 18th: "Legal Pedagogy and Technical Advice to the Judiciary" (Notice no. 022, 2026), "Theory and Practice: the psychologist in the context of the Judiciary of the state of Tocantins" (Notice no. 023, of 2026) and "Social Study, Reports and Technical Opinions in Social Work" (Notice no. 024, of 2026).
March 24th and 25th
On the 24th and 25th, the training course on "Precautionary Measures Other than Imprisonment and Proportionality in the Penal System" will be offered to the staff of the Integrated Centers for Penal Alternatives and similar structures, besides professionals of the Justice System who work in the field of penal alternatives.
