Monitoring Meeting Highlights Year Of Achievements And Innovation Of The Information Technology Of The TJTO

Held in the auditorium of the Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (Esmat), the alignment and monitoring meeting of the actions of the Directorate of Information Technology of the Court of Justice of the State of Tocantins (DTINF/ TJTO) marked the end of a year of great advances for the area. At the head of a team composed of 96 civil servers, director Alice Setúbal led the meeting last Friday (Dec 12th), highlighting the main results achieved in 2025 and reinforcing the collaborative spirit that drives innovation in the Judiciary of the state of Tocantins.

“This year of 2025 was a year of many achievements. One of them: the Directorate of Technology of the Court of Justice won an Exponential Judiciary award in the category Executive IT, this award is the result of the work of each of you, which was essential for this result. We also had a great advance in iGovTIC: today we are level Excellence, with grade 91.84. In two years, we raised 20 positions in the ranking of the indicator of the National Council of Justice (CNJ). This only reinforces the commitment of the entire team to innovation projects to improve judicial provision", said director Alice, reinforcing that there is no merit without collective engagement.

Compared to the 2024 index (91.6 points), the TJTO exceeded its own mark and it was above the national average recorded by the 94 courts evaluated, which was 86.34 points.

The recognition for teamwork is due to the achievements achieved throughout the year, with emphasis on:

  • 1st place in the Exponential Judicial Innovation Award, in the Executive Technology category of State and Military Courts;
  • Seal: "Innovative Judiciary", awarded to the "Giseli - Integrated Management of Extrajudicial Services with Intelligent Language" Artificial Intelligence - and the web application: " Direct: booklets that talk. An app that finds";
  • Level of Excellence in the Information and Communication Technology Governance Index (iGovTIC-JUD), with grade 91.84;
  • Implementation of the GAIA Pilot Project, a new Advanced Artificial Intelligence.

With a performance guided by the Macro Challenges of the Management Plan 2025-2027, entitled on National ICT and Data Protection Strategy and Strengthening of the National ICT and Data Protection Strategy, the Directorate has made considerable advances, such as the implementation of the user, the implementation of Google Drive in the counties, among others.

Present at the meeting, the person responsible for the goal of the Management Plan that aims to develop and implement actions to improve governance and data management in the Judiciary of the State of Tocantins, the coordinator of Strategic Management, Statistics and Projects (Coges), Renato Gomes, thanked the partnership of IT team.

“I was in the Court of Justice between 2015 and 2019 and returned to the current management, and it is fantastic the evolution and development of the Board. It is very well-structured, more aligned to the units, with strategic vision, demonstrating a level of maturity of the entire functional body, and this allows many more gains for everyone, especially for the Judiciary, which only advances more and more. Thank you for the support and partnership", highlighted.

The collaboration of all for the teamwork supports a management marked by innovation, planning and focus on results, strengthening the digital transformation of the Judiciary of the state of Tocantins and bringing technology closer to the real needs of magistrates, civil servers and society.
