CNJ Launches Enaju, The New National School Of Judiciary

The corporate education of the civil servers of the Judiciary will be promoted by the National School of the Judiciary (Enaju), through a new portal. Launched during the 5th Extraordinary Session of the National Council of Justice (CNJ), in 2025, Enaju must optimize professional training, aligned with the principles of social justice, ethical integrity, citizenship and democracy.

According to the president of the CNJ and the Federal Supreme Court (STF), Minister Luís Roberto Barroso, the National School of the Judiciary is a "pioneering initiative for the optimization of educational resources and for the training of the judicial workforce, acting together with the courts".  The school will replace the current Improvement Center of Civil Servers of the Judiciary (CeaJud).

With the motto on "Education to transform Justice" and based on the idea that all win with the democratization of learning, Enaju brings a new portal that offers open synchronous courses, in addition to bringing together more than 200 asynchronous courses shared by judicial schools and training and improvement centers of civil servers throughout the country, in addition to the Council.

The platform also offers training to the general public, with teaching that can bring more autonomy to the learning itself. Access is free.

Resolution no 643 of the CNJ of 2025 was also approved at the 12th Virtual Session of the CNJ, unanimously. The proposal for a normative act considered the need to strengthen and standardize the policy of training, improvement and appreciation of the civil servers of the Judiciary at national level, example of what is done both by the National School for Training and Improvement of Magistrates (Enfam) and by the National School of Public Administration (Enap).

In this sense, the National School of the Judiciary will have the function of formulation, coordination and execution of professional development actions aimed at civil servers of the Judiciary, as well as promoting network integration, defining curriculum guidelines and stimulating innovation. Enaju must also act in coordination with the Network of Judicial Schools and Schools of Court Servers, observing the administrative autonomy of the organs of the Judiciary.
