Tjto Promotes Activity In Celebration Of The National Health Day This Tuesday (August 5th)

In honor of the National Health Day, celebrated on August 5th, the Court of Justice of the State of Tocantins (TJTO) will hold the “Health Day” next Tuesday (August 5th). The initiative aims to raise awareness among magistrates, civil servers, and interns about the importance of comprehensive physical, mental, and social health care.

The event will take place from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the TJTO, in the Inovassol space, with simultaneous activities at the Palmas Forum, in the Health Space room, and in the districts of Araguacema and Novo Acordo. The event will feature the participation of the nursing team from the Health Center of the Court (Cesau) and accredited nurses from the districts.

INTEGRAL HEALTH AND SELF-CARE

The proposal is to encourage preventive practices and healthy habits, reinforcing the importance of well-being in the workplace. According to the organization, the event also aims to promote the exchange of experiences and best practices among participants, strengthening a culture of collective care.

Among the planned activities are blood pressure measurement, Body Mass Index (BMI) assessment, distribution of educational materials, qualified listening services, and a conscious hydration point. There will also be an ONLINE form for sharing personal experiences of self-care, encouraging engagement and the exchange of good practices.

“Talking about self-care”

The highlight of the programming will be the round table discussion on “Talking About Self-Care: Health is a Daily Choice,” which will take place from 4:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. at the Inovassol Space, at the TJTO. The discussion will be moderated by Nurse Ilaise Brilhante Batista, who has a master's degree in Science and Health Education and is a specialist in Urgent and Emergency Care, as well as Intensive Care Unit Care.

With an interactive format, the event will feature a brief presentation, followed by a guided dialogue and space for questions and reports, creating an environment for reflection and sharing about health and quality of life.

Through this programming, the TJTO reaffirms its commitment on promoting quality of life, encouraging a broad view of health and well-being in the workplace.
