
With a focus on the qualification of extrajudicial services, the General Internal Affairs of Justice (CGJUS) held the first meeting of the Organizing Commission responsible for structuring the II State Meeting of Registry Officers and Notaries of Extrajudicial Services and of the General Internal Affairs of Justice (CGJUS) on Thursday (July 3rd). The meeting marked the beginning of negotiations for planning the event, which will be promoted in partnership with the Association of Notaries and Registry Officers of the State of Tocantins (Anoreg/TO).
During the meeting, led by the assistant judge of the CGJUS, Marcelo Laurito Paro, it was decided that the programming for this edition will be concentrated in a single day, with a focus on addressing priority issues for the extrajudicial segment. The meeting also included a survey of issues of interest to professionals in the area, with the aim of ensuring effective alignment between the content discussed and the practical demands of the offices.
The meeting was also attended by Rachel Barbosa Lopes Cavalcante Tirello, president of Anoreg/TO, and representatives of the Court of Justice of the State of Tocantins and the Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (Esmat).

The event, which last year brought together around 340 professionals who work in the notary and registry activity, aims to promote training, technical improvement and exchange between the registry officers and notaries of the state of Tocantins, strengthening dialogue with the General Internal Affairs of Justice and encouraging the adoption of good practices, technological innovations and the standardization of procedures. The initiative also aims to contribute to the quality and legal security of the services provided to society.
This was the first in a series of meetings that will be held to plan and execute the meeting properly.
