Access to the WI-FI networks of the Judiciary of the state of Tocantins will undergo a technological upgrade as of Monday, June 30th. The new authentication will be done through the Conecta (Connect) (conecta.tjto.jus.br), developed by the Directorate of Information Technology (DTINF), and it will apply to all units of the Judiciary: district headquarters, annexes, forums, administrative units and the Court of Justice.
The aim of the change is to facilitate the connection of internal and external users, while at the same time reinforcing information security. The new model dispenses the use of fixed passwords: simply use one of the accounts enabled for LOGIN - Single Access TJTO, gov.br or, in the future, jus.br, from the National Council of Justice (CNJ).
With the new system, users no longer need to find out what the WI-FI password is. Simply use your account to authenticate access to the network. In addition, the Judiciary now has more control and traceability over the use of wireless networks.
The initiative is in line with the guidelines of the CNJ and it is part of the goals of the Information Technology Master Plan (PDTI) 2025-2027, as well as the actions of the Management Committee on Information Security of the Court.
Transition in two steps
For the next 60 days, the old and new networks will operate in parallel. After this period, only access via individual authentication will be allowed. The advice from the Directorate of Information Technology is for judges, civil servers and external users to migrate as soon as possible to avoid interruptions.

- Telejuris network (public access)
Connect to the “Telejuris (gov.br)” network;
You will automatically be redirected to the LOGIN screen;
LOGIN with your TJTO or gov.br account;
Accept the terms of use and click on “I am aware”;
Access will be granted for 10 days.
- Administrative Network (institutional use)
Go to conecta.tjto.jus.br;
LOGIN with your TJTO or gov.br account;
Click on “Access key” > “New key”;
Choose the location (example: Administrative-PMW, for Palmas);
Generate a key or scan the QR Code;
The key will be valid for 6 months.
- Academic Network (Esmat use)
Connect to the “Academic” network;
Authenticate yourself with your TJTO or gov.br account;
Accept the terms and click on “I am aware”;
Access is valid for 10 days.
Benefits of conecta (connect)
With the new system, internal users will be able to view and manage all the devices connected with their credentials, in any unit of the Judiciary. It will also be possible to delete connected devices, generate new access keys and configure networks in different locations, facilitating mobility between districts.
