Institutional Evaluation Is On The Agenda Of The First Cpa Meeting Of Esmat

This Wednesday (June 25th), the Evaluation Committee (CPA) of the Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (Esmat) held its first ordinary meeting of 2025, with the presence of the members appointed for the new evaluation cycle. The agenda included the presentation of the new dashboard of the School and the definition of effectiveness targets for the courses offered.

The meeting was led by Ana Beatriz de Oliveira Pretto, executive director of Esmat, who opened the work by emphasizing the importance of the commission for the continuous improvement of the institutional performance of the School.

Jadir Alves de Oliveira then presented the new data platform, developed based on guidelines from the State Education Council and the Ministry of Education (MEC), with a focus on the accreditation of distance education courses and transparency of information.

Among the topics discussed were the duties of the CPA, the results of the evaluations of face-to-face and distance learning courses - with satisfaction rates of over 94% - and the goal of evaluating the effectiveness of 10% of training actions from 2025.

In addition, the members discussed strategies for sharing knowledge after taking part in courses, meeting agendas, half-yearly reports and the need to align the indicators of the CPA with the new strategic planning cycle of the Judiciary.

The Commission is made up of representatives from different segments and works on institutional evaluation, coordinating self-evaluation processes, proposing improvements and promoting the involvement of the academic community in the activities of the School. The meeting was attended by members Ana Beatriz de Oliveira Pretto, Jadir Alves de Oliveira, Glacielle Borges Torquato, Tainã Nunes Quixabeira (TJTO), Dr. Tarsis Barreto Oliveira (UFT) and Dr. José Machado dos Santos (TRE-TO).
