The National Council of Justice (CNJ) has provided free training for representatives of public bodies on the Electronic Judicial Domicile, a tool that centralizes procedural communications sent by Brazilian courts.
The use of the Electronic Judicial Domicile has become mandatory to ensure greater efficiency and security in the receipt of subpoenas and summonses. According to the Resolution 455/2022 of the CNJ, registration in the Electronic Judicial Domicile is mandatory for the Federal Government, States, Federal District, Municipalities, direct and indirect administration entities and public and private companies, in order to monitor and receive summonses, subpoenas and other procedural communications.
The course enables representatives of public entities to use this technology, optimizing processes and facilitating communication with the Judiciary. With a total workload of 2 hours, it is offered in self-instructional mode by the Center for Training and Improvement of Servers of the Judiciary (Ceajud).
Structure of the course
The training is divided into four modules. Course participants will learn everything from the first steps in the system and related legislation to practical actions, such as registering a legal entity, consulting and accessing procedural communications and integrating into the system.
The classes are aimed at representatives of any public entity in Brazil, but access to the course is open to the general public. No prior knowledge is required to take part. To obtain a certificate of completion, students must achieve at least 70% in the final test and complete the course evaluation form.
