
The Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (ESMAT) is proud to celebrate the dedication of two exemplary collaborators: executive director Ana Beatriz de Oliveira Pretto, who is celebrating 15 years at the school, and the coordinator of the Center of Training and Improvement of Magistrates, Andreia Teixeira Marinho Barbosa, who has been working there for 20 years.
With a decisive role throughout the academic career of Esmat, the two women have contributed significantly to the evolutionary process of the institution, from modernizing the teaching methodologies applied in the courses to hold national and international events, always attentive to innovations in the process of training magistrates and civil servers of the Judiciary of the state of Tocantins.
Esmat is proud to have these active employees who have always strived for excellence in the quality of the teaching offered. Both have played important roles in the development and consolidation of Esmat as a benchmark in the state of Tocantins.

Ana Beatriz de Oliveira Pretto
Graduated in Computer Science from the University of the city of Passo Fundo (1989). Specialist in Computer Science for Business Applications, Lutheran University of Brazil, 1999. Specialist in University Teaching, Catholic University of Brasilia, 2002. MBA in Academic and University Management from the Pedro Leopoldo Foundation, 2009. Master's degree in Knowledge Management and Information Technology from the Catholic University of Brasilia, 2004. She is currently the executive director of Esmat and a doctoral student in the Governance and Digital Transformation Program at the Federal University of the state of Tocantins.
Andreia Teixeira Marinho Barbosa
Bachelor of Laws. Specialist in Electoral Law from Unitins. Specialist in Judicial Management (Fael/Esmat). Judicial Analyst at the Court of Justice of the State of Tocantins. Currently at Esmat as coordinator of the Center of Training and Improvement of Magistrates (Nufam/Esmat).
