Esmat Publishes Annual Training Plan For 2025

On Tuesday (December 10th), the Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (ESMAT) approved the Annual Training Plan of Esmat (PAC ESMAT 2025), a strategic guide for professional development within the Judiciary of the state of Tocantins. This plan comprises 145 training activities, totaling 4,803 hours, distributed over 13 thematic axes and covering different modalities (distance learning, face-to-face and hybrid).

The PAC ESMAT 2025 was drawn up in line with the strategic planning of ESMAT and the Court of Justice of the State of Tocantins (TJTO), aligned with the guidelines of the National Council of Justice (CNJ) and the scope of the ISO 9001:2015 Certification, meeting institutional goals and objectives, contributing directly to improve the provision of justice and strengthen the relationship between the Judiciary and society. The proposed actions promote innovation, accessibility and sustainability in the educational and institutional context, as well as providing training in crucial areas such as Governance and Management, Information Technology, Accessibility, Human Rights and Sustainability.

For the General Director of Esmat, Justice Marco Villas Boas, the Annual Training Plan (PAC ESMAT 2025) was approved with great satisfaction and represents an important milestone for developing the skills of Judges and civil servers. “We believe that this plan will strengthen the relationship of the Judiciary with society and optimize available resources. We are counting on the commitment of everyone to the successful implementation of this plan, which is fundamental to the development of a highly qualified team committed to excellence in judicial service,” he said.

Activities

The PAC ESMAT 2025 represents an increase of 24 activities and 1,014 hours of training compared to 2024, demonstrating the ongoing commitment of Esmat to the development of the Judiciary of the state of Tocantins. The planned activities are structured to optimize the available resources, ensuring economy and a positive impact on the quality of the services provided.
