Through the Ordinance No. 3383/2024, published on November 25th, the Court of Justice of the State of Tocantins (TJTO) defined the calendar of holidays and optional points for the Judiciary of the state of Tocantins in 2025.
The calendar includes 18 commemorative dates throughout the year, including an optional point on May 31st. In the capital, in addition to the dates stipulated in the ordinance, March 19th (the patron saint of the city) and May 20th (anniversary of the city of Palmas) will be holidays. The districts of the interior will also have their own municipal holidays, and it will be up to the director of the local Forum to define the working hours on these dates.
