
In an ordinance published on October 18th, 2024, the Presidency of the Court of Justice of the State of Tocantins (TJTO) announced a change in the date of the holiday alluding to the Public Servers Day, traditionally celebrated on October 28th. According to the Ordinance No. 2980/2024, the holiday has been moved to November 1st, 2024, a Friday.
The measure amends the Ordinance No. 687, of March 14th, 2024, which instituted the calendar of holidays and optional points within the scope of the Judiciary of the State of Tocantins for the year. As a result, the civil servers of the Judiciary will be able to enjoy an extended holiday, to be combined with the weekend.
The decision was signed by Justice Etelvina Maria Sampaio Felipe, President of the Court of Justice of the State of Tocantins, and came into force on the date of publication of the ordinance.
