Judge Who Pioneered Systemic Law In The Judiciary Takes Part In Cgjus Podcast

In a chat with the pioneer of the Systemic Law in the Judiciary, Judge of the Court of Justice of the State of Bahia Sami Storch, episode #16 of the 2nd season of the THE CGJUS is ON Podcast discusses the main characteristics of the Systemic Law and how its practices can contribute to the work carried out by civil servers and magistrates.

During the interview, the magistrate shares his experience and mentions the main results and benefits of using systemic practices to promote conciliation and conflict resolution.

Judge Sami Storch was in the city of Palmas to take part in the course on “Systemic Approach as an Appropriate Method for the Treatment of Conflicts within the TJTO”. The event, which took place on October 15th, is part of the Goal 8A of the 2024 Action Plan and it was coordinated by Judge Odete Almeida (Citizenship Coordinator) and the head of the CGJUS office, Livia Guimarães - a student on the Professional Master's Degree in Judicial Provision and Human Rights - UFT/ESMAT - Class XI. The training and the podcast are products presented by the master's student, under the guidance of Professor Vinícius Marques.
