The second edition of the National Judicial Exam (Enam) will take place this Sunday (20th), from 1pm to 6pm (Brasília time), all over Brazil. Each candidate must access the monitoring page to check their test location.
To take the Enam, the organizing body, FGV Knowledge, warns that only blue or black ballpoint pens made of transparent material may be used. You must also present an original identity document and proof of registration or payment of the registration fee.
The organization of the competition advises that the person taking the exam must arrive at the place designated for the test at least 1 hour and 30 minutes before the time set for its start. The gates will be closed thirty minutes before the starting of the tests.
São Paulo leads registrations
Organized by the National School for the Training and Improvement of Magistrates (Enfam), the test had 33,147 people registered for the exam. São Paulo is the State with the highest number of registrations: 5,899, followed by Rio de Janeiro, with 3,854; the Federal District, with 2,393; Minas Gerais, with 2,391; and Paraná, with 1,988 participants.
Enam is aimed at qualifying law graduates interested in taking part in the contests of magistrates promoted by the federal, labor, military, state and Federal District and Territory regional courts. As this is a qualifying exam, which is exclusively eliminatory and not classificatory, it does not imply the filling of vacancies or competition.
The period of validity of the qualification certificate is two years, renewable once for the same period, counting from the date of issue of the qualification certificate by Enfam. A person who obtains a score of 70% or more in the test, or at least 50% in the case of self-declared black, indigenous or disabled people, will be considered qualified.
The first edition of Enam had 39,855 registered. Of these, 7,301 law graduates qualified to take the exams of magistrates.
