Health In Focus At Cgjus: 2nd Edition Will Be From October 30th To November 1st

The 2nd edition of the Health in Focus Project, carried out by the General Internal Affairs of Justice (CGJUS), will be held between October 30th and November 1st. In observance of the Public Servers Day, celebrated on the 28th of this month, the action seeks to promote the health and well-being of the civil servers and magistrates who work in the Body.

During the three-day programming, various activities will be offered, such as integrative therapies and lectures on “Nutrition and iridology: Physical and emotional health for quality sleep” and “The power of herbal medicine for good quality sleep”.

“Our aim is to improve the quality of life of civil servers and magistrates; the programming is an invitation to take time out of their work routine to look after their bodies and minds. It's the practice of self-care,” said one of the managers of the project, the head of the CGJUS, Lívia Guimarães Ferreira.

Programming

The programming starts on Tuesday (October 30th) at 1pm, with integrative therapies on offer. Throughout the day, civil servers will be able to sign up for acupuncture and chromotherapy sessions; foot reflexology and auriculotherapy; cranial relaxation therapy; and aroma touch.

At 2pm, two lectures on sleep quality will be given by Luciane Prado, Anderson Rógeres, an iridologist, and Sandra Carvalho, an employee of the Health Space of the TJTO.

On October 31st, the programming starts at 8 am and continues until 6 pm. On November 1st, the activities will take place from 2pm to 4pm.

Registrations

Civil servers and magistrates of the CGJUS must register in advance to take part in the activities. According to Leila Maia Bezerra, the coordinator of the project, registration for the lectures will be done by the managers of each unit, separating the team into two groups. The therapies will have two forms of registration.

“Booking for therapies in general will be done using the Google Forms form made available for this purpose. For those interested in taking part in the group on the Reiki activity, which will take place on the 1st, from 2pm to 3pm, the request must be made via SEI, providing the following information: name, unit and contact telephone number.”
