The e-Proc system will be temporarily interrupted in order to update to version 9.11. The shutdown will begin on Saturday (October 19th) at 00:01 and it is expected to return on Monday (October 21st) at 00:01.
During this period, the services of the e-Proc system will be unavailable and the processing of cases will be done alternatively, according to specific guidelines for urgent cases.
Meeting urgent demands
According to the Resolution No. 30/2022, the 1st and 2nd level judicial on-call will deal exclusively with urgent demands during the shutdown. The public consultation of cases, however, will continue to be available through the links 1st Degree and 2nd Degree, by providing the case number.
Initial Petition and Arrest in Flagrant must be sent to the following e-mail address
E-Proc Support will be responsible for directing incoming petitions to the regional or on-call e-mails of the 2nd level, depending on the demand. The server receiving the petition must check whether the demand is urgent, following the procedures for communicating with the interested parties.

The system update is part of a schedule of improvements to e-Proc, ensuring greater security and efficiency in the processing of electronic proceedings within the Judiciary of the State of Tocantins.
