The Judiciary of the State of Tocantins held the 1st Meeting of the Unified Judicial Accounting (Cojun) - Closer and More Innovative Justice - last Monday (October 14th), in the auditorium of the Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (Esmat). The event brought together members of Cojun and it was led by the General Director, Ana Carina Souto. This is yet another initiative to bring the administration closer to the civil servers and to respond quickly to the demands of citizens.
“In an administration whose mark is proximity and innovation, we couldn't fail to hold this meeting. This is an important moment, because we have a mature management. Today we are in a position to better assess the demands made,” said the General Director, adding the importance of this dialog for improving the services provided.
Accountant Niely Talles Tavares de Sá, substitute secretary of Cojun, recalled that the TJTO was a forerunner in setting up the Unified Accounting Offices, serving as a model for other courts, but it needs to evolve even further.
On October 1st, Cojun celebrated nine years since it was set up, marking a significant moment for the Judiciary of the State of Tocantins. A pioneer in the unification and equalization of the workforce in judicial calculations, the unit has been fundamental in advancing the effectiveness of judicial provision.
“Over these nine years, Cojun has undergone continuous improvements and transformations, always in search of evolution. In this context, a meeting with management is an ideal opportunity to discuss challenges, propose solutions and strengthen the unit and the well-being of the court accountants, who are essential to the success of this project.”
Luciene Araújo Madureira, a civil server from the district of Arraias who has been with the judiciary of the State of Tocantins for 26 years, said that the meeting was an opportunity for accountants to be heard. “It's an opportunity for us to present everything we're experiencing at Cojun - the Unified Judicial Accounting - and we hope to leave here with a positive response.”
For accountant Brunno Dornelas, “the meeting was extremely productive, demonstrating the significant openness of the management of the Court to discuss and seek solutions to the challenges faced by accountants in carrying out their judicial activity. It's essential to emphasize that, given the growing demand for judicial proceedings, especially that most of them deal in some way with economic values that pass through the Accounting Office at some point, it's essential that management pays attention to the overload faced by the accountants of the Court and defines alternatives to improve the provision of services.”
Programming
During the meeting programming, the Director of the Communication Center of the Court of Justice of the State of Tocantis (Cecom/TJTO), Kézia Reis, spoke about the role of communication in transforming daily practices and strengthening the institution. “We know that your unit serves the entire judiciary. You are few, but you multiply in various processes,” she said. She also spoke about the Mission, Value and Vision of the TJTO and the entire strategic map.
The Director of People Management (Digep), Márcia Mesquita, emphasized the policies to strengthen the workforce. “We want to strengthen the culture of dialog with civil servers in order to provide tangible information. Working in partnership to strengthen the institutional bond”. Márcia also pointed out that Digep works along two lines: Valuing and humanizing civil servers and the Quality of Life Policy. “The perspective of this administration is to focus on people, on personal relationships”.
Wallson Brito da Silva, judicial Director (Dijud), talked about E-proc and “GRP Costs” - the Integrated Management System for Public Administration - modern tools that help with daily work.
