With extreme regret, the Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (Esmat) reports the death of retired Justice José de Moura Filho, on Tuesday morning (September 3rd) in the city of São Paulo, where he was hospitalized a few months ago.
As a collaborator in the process of improvement and training of magistrates and servers from the State of São Paulo, Moura Filho was President of the Institutional and Academic Council of ESMAT. Retired from the judiciary since 2021, José de Moura Filho leaves a significant legacy in the Judicial System of the State of Tocantins and he will be remembered for his dedication and integrity.
