On August 13th, 2024, the Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (ESMAT) began the internal audit process in accordance with the requirements of the ABNT NBR ISO 9001:2015. The aim of the audit is to assess the conformity of the Quality Management System of the institution, which has as its scope the development of individual and organizational skills aimed at improving the provision of justice, through courses and events.
The audit is being conducted by Cassiana Klebis Bovo, the lead auditor, and it will cover various sectors of ESMAT, including the Center of Training and Improvement of Magistrates (NUFAM), the Center of Training and Improvement of Servers (NUCAS), Administrative and Technological Supervision, Esmat Communication and Publishing, the Library, the Academic Secretariat, Financial Management, Management, and the Secretariat of Quality Management Control (SGQ).
The audit schedule, which will run until August 15th, 2024, includes opening and closing meetings, as well as specific evaluation sessions in each sector mentioned. The methodology used in the audit will be sampling, as outlined in the audit plan.
The results of the internal audit will be fundamental in identifying any non-conformities and opportunities for improvement, ensuring that ESMAT continues to promote excellence in the training and improvement of magistrates and civil servers in the State of Tocantins, in accordance with international quality standards.
