I State Meeting Of Registrars And Notaries Of Extrajudicial Services And Cgjus Begins This Wednesday, 14th

With the theme on “Dialogue and Integration”, the First State Meeting of Registrars and Notaries of Extrajudicial Offices and the General Internal Affairs of Justice of the State of Tocantins (CGJUS) will open on Wednesday (August 14th). The ceremony is scheduled to take place at 6pm in the auditorium of the Court of Justice.

The meeting will continue until the end of Thursday afternoon (August 15th), with the aim of strengthening, training and integrating the extrajudicial registries of the State of Tocantins. The initiative will promote the standardization of procedures, professional updating, the adoption of technological innovations and the continuous improvement of notary and registration services, contributing to efficiency, transparency and legal certainty in the provision of services to society.

“This first state meeting of notaries, registrars and notaries public is a historic mark and we've taken care to put on exhibitors who have some kind of connection, contact, knowledge with the delegate activity. We're going to have a lot of very important exhibitions for the delegates, opening up debates on current issues that are part of their daily lives and that will directly reflect on the quality of the service provided to the user,” said Esmar Custódio Vêncio Filho, assistant Judge of the General Internal Affairs of Justice and supervisor of Notary and Registry Services in the State of Tocantins.

Programming

The opening ceremony will be held on Wednesday (August 14th), at 6 pm, in the auditorium of the TJTO. On that occasion, a tribute will be paid to the 30 years of extrajudicial services in the State of Tocantins and there will be a keynote speech by Paulo Rogério Bonini, a Judge from the State of São Paulo, on the subject of “De-Judicialization and Extrajudicial Services”.

On Thursday (August 15th), the programming continues from 8 am to 6 pm, in the auditorium of the TJTO, with three presentations and seven round tables on relevant topics. Check it out:

 

8:30 am - The relationship between the Chief Judge and the Delegates. 

Speaker: Esmar Custódio Vêncio Filho - Auxiliary Judge of the General Internal Affairs of Justice, supervisor of the Notary and Registration Services of the State of Tocantins.

Speaker: Ana Paula Frontini – 22nd Notary Public of the city of São Paulo/SP.

10:10 am - Extrajudicial Compulsory Adjudication. 

Speaker: Wagner José dos Santos - coordinator of the Notary and Registration Services of the General Internal Affairs of Justice of the State of Tocantins.

11 am - Presentation of the “Present Father” (Pai Presente) project of the CGJUS.
