Closer Justice: For A Greater Integration With The 1st Level, President Of The Tjto Begins A Series Of Visits To All The Courts Of The State In The District Of Cristalândia

Closer to the citizens and closer to the judicial units of the first degree. Aware of the role of the districts in strengthening relations between the population and the Judiciary, as they act as gateways, where most of the cases analyzed and judged by a Judge begin, the President of the Court of Justice of the State of Tocantins (TJTO), Justice Etelvina Maria Sampaio Felipe, will visit the 36 courts in the State, starting this Monday (August 12th).

The first court to be visited is Cristalândia, known as the city of crystals, 165 km from the city of Palmas. Like the crystal, which refers to transparency, solidity and quality, the President of the TJTO will prioritize transparent, solid and quality communication with magistrates, civil servers and collaborators during her visit to the judicial units of the first degree.

That's why, after carrying out various projects and actions, in compliance with the goals of the 2023/2025 administration, and starting a process of getting closer to the citizens of the State of Tocantins, who are the final recipients of the services of the Judiciary of the State of Tocantins, it's now time to take a closer look at the courts.

Justice Etelvina emphasizes that she couldn't end her term without first visiting all the judicial units in the State.

Wherever it goes, the TJTO caravan, led by the President, will bring information, knowledge, chats and health care to magistrates and civil servers. The schedule for the visits will always begin with a round table discussion with Justice Etelvina, who will talk to everyone in an open and democratic way.

Also to be discussed are: communication and institutional image, the Egesp system (people management), the Electronic Processing Center (EPC) and innovation, another motto of the 2023/2025 administration, whose motto is: “Closer and More Innovative Justice”.

Magistrates and civil servers will also have the opportunity to learn more about simplified language by taking part in the Simple Language Game, as well as being able to exercise with physiotherapists from the Health Center of the TJTO.

Closer to the first degree

For the presiding Judge of the TJTO, closer justice is achieved through unity and integration with the courts, which is why she emphasizes the importance of this institutional agenda for improving judicial service to the people of the State of Tocantins. “It's a great opportunity for integration between the Court of Justice and the judicial units of the first degree in the search for a Justice that is closer to our citizens. We hope to contribute to the promotion of rights by disseminating the central idea of our administration. Being present in the several courts is also a way of promoting closer justice,” she said.

It is worth mentioning that among the actions already promoted by the administration in order to shorten the distance between the Judiciary and the citizen, we highlight the creation of Points of Inclusion (PID) Justice Right Here, and the adoption of simple language in order to improve the clarity of published documents and materials produced by the Judiciary of the State of Tocantins.
