Civil Servers And Judges Who Fail To Update Their Records May Have Their Salaries Blocked Until July 31st.

The deadline for mandatory annual registration updates is July 31st.  Civil servers and Judges who fail to send in their documents by the deadline may have their access to internal systems and their next payroll blocked, and may also face the penalty of dismissal. As of last Tuesday (July 23rd), around 180 people had not completed the procedure.

According to the Resolution No. 2 of the TJTO of February 20th, 2024, all magistrates and civil servers active in the Judiciary must carry out this procedure.  To enter the data, simply log on to Egesp and follow the steps below:

  1. Mandatory Annual Update;
  2. Update records;
  3. Add the certificates, complete income tax return (only for financial year 2024 calendar year 2023) and other declarations.

At the end of each stage of the update, you must click on “Save and Send” the information, until the system displays the message: “Wait for your data to be validated”, and when the update is validated, the message: “Your update has been completed successfully” will appear.

If you haven't done this yet, don't waste any more time. If you have any questions, the Directorate of People Management of the Court of Justice of the State of Tocantins (DIGEP) is at your disposal: (63) 3218-4251, 3218-4424, 3218-4241 or 3218-4355.
