Magistrates And Civil Servers Have Until June 30th To Update Their Mandatory Annual Updates

The EGESP system is open for mandatory annual updates until June 30th. All judges and civil servants working in the Judiciary must renew their data.

The Directorate of People Management reports that the problem with EGESP has been resolved for those who had mistakes in their civil, criminal and military certificates for the first instance and the second degree civil and criminal.

In the case of positive or pending certificates, the system will continue to provide the link to obtain them and the certificate must be attached. To renew the data, the magistrate or civil server must follow these steps:

1) Mandatory Annual Update;

2) Make the Registration Update;

3) Add the certificates, complete income tax return (only for financial year 2024 calendar year 2023) and other declarations.

At the end of each stage of the update, the magistrate or civil server must always click on "Save and Send" the information, until the system displays the message: "Wait for your data to be validated", and when the update is validated, the system displays the following message: "Your update has been completed successfully", so it is important that you stay alert and follow the validation process.

Watch out for the deadline!

Failure to comply with this obligation by the deadline will result in the application of the penalties laid down, which include immediate blocking of internal systems and payment on the next payroll. If the irregularity persists, the penalty of dismissal may be applied.

If you have any questions, the Directorate of People Management of the Court of Justice of the State of Tocantins (DIGEP) will provide clarification by calling (63) 3218-4251, 3218-4424, 3218-4241 or 3218-4355.
