New Esmatcast Episode Explores Innovation For TJTO

The Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (ESMAT) has released another episode of the ESMATCast. This time, Director Kézia Reis, from the Social Communication Center of the Court of Justice of the State of Tocantins (CECOM/TJTO), has a super interesting chat about innovation. The guests are André Tamura, founder and executive director of WeGov; Renata Tonial, a public entrepreneur with a degree in Economics; and Sidan Orafa, a graphic facilitator.

The central theme of the podcast revolves around innovation, and André Tamura, an expert on the subject, shares valuable information. When asked if innovation necessarily meant increasing the technology team, he explained that innovation goes beyond technology.

"The idea of innovation being associated with technology is how people immediately understand it. Obviously, when we say that innovation isn't just about technology, it's not excluding the technological elements, but we must also consider the human behaviors around it. After all, from an evolutionary perspective we always innovate by incorporating elements and tools to improve our lives and work, he shared."
