This Thursday (13th), the work of External Audit, in the Quality Management System (QMS), of the School of Judges of Tocantins (Esmat) ended, with the ISO 9001 norm: 2015 as the benchmark. The process aims to verify the conformities in the quality management system and to improve the educational training process of magistrates, civil servers of the Judiciary of Tocantins and society in general. The certification was maintained until August 2021.
Performed by the certifying company QMS Certification Services, the audit was held by the auditor Renato Anselmo Junior, through remote meetings, via internet, in view of the restrictions related to the isolation due to Covid-19. Among the audited departments, which are part of the external audit process, they are: the Executive Board, the Training Centers (NUCAS and NUFAM), the Financial Division, the Library, the Administrative and Technological Supervision and the Academic Secretariat.
The result of the external audit was informed at the closing meeting, where the audited processes did not present any non-conformities, which demonstrates that the courses offered by ESMAT pass through a rigorous process of preparation and execution to guarantee the improvement of the jurisdictional provision.
ISO 9001: 2015 Norm defines the requirements to guarantee quality standards, with the objective of seeking customer satisfaction and the continuous improvement of the organizations' performance, guaranteeing excellence in the provision of training and qualification services for magistrates, servers and professionals linked to the areas of Law and the Judiciary of Tocantins.
QMS is a certification body of Australian origin with global operations, currently present in more than 30 countries acting specifically with a focus on certification of management systems and training of applicable standards.
