External audit confirms maintenance of Esmat Iso 9001:2015 Certification For the period 2021-2023

On August 17th and 18th, 2021, Esmat was audited in the quality management system, with the scope "Development of Individual and Organizational Skills for the Improvement of Jurisdictional Services, through Courses and Events".

The audit was conducted by Quality Management System Certification Services (QMS), through the auditor Renato Anselmo Júnior, who verified the conformity of the Esmat processes to the requirements of the NBR ISO 9001:2015 standard and recommended the recertification of the quality management system for the 2021-2023 period. The result demonstrates the effectiveness of the work developed in the planning, execution, direction and control of the courses and events offered by the School.

Esmat has had its scope certified since 2015, still in the 2008 version of the NBR ISO 9001 standard, in 2018 it was recertified in the 2015 version and since then it has been working in search of continuous improvement in its training and improvement processes for magistrates and servers.

The recertification of Esmat's quality management system also confirms the team's commitment to comply with the normative requirements established by NBR ISO 9001:2015, as well as to meet the proposed strategic objectives, with the aim of always offering magistrates, servers, and society extremely high-quality courses and events that reinforce the commitment of the Judiciary of the State of Tocantins to offer faster, safer, and more effective justice.

For the Esmat executive director, Ana Beatriz de Oliveira Pretto, this result proves the maturity reached in the management format, with a strategic plan elaborated in a collaborative way for the 2021-2026 six-year period, integrated to the macro-challenges established by the National Justice Council (CNJ), always in search of continuous improvement in the processes in compliance with the institutional mission which is "To train and improve Judges and public servers in search of good practices and excellence in the provision of justice".
