About 70 participants, including judges, court directors and servers from 40 districts of the Judiciary of the State of Tocantins concluded on Wednesday (June 16th) the first workshop class on General Guidelines on the PJeCor system. The training began last Monday and is being conducted by the Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (Esmat), in response to a request from the General Internal Affairs of Justice (CGJUS).
The PJeCor is a unique computerized system of the National Council of Justice (CNJ) for all correctional offices in the country, which aims to unify and standardize the processing of administrative procedures, ensuring greater efficiency, transparency, and savings in the performance of correctional bodies.
The Chief Justice, Judge Etelvina Maria Sampaio Felipe, in the opening of the training, explained that the workshop is aligned with the "Learning and growth perspective - Macro-challenge: People Management" (from the Strategic Planning of CGJUS 2021-2026 and the Management Plan of CGJUS 2021-2023). "The aim of the workshop is to train the magistrates court directors and a server appointed by them to be knowledge multipliers in the districts, in order to facilitate the use of tools, registration of models, insertion of documents, minutes, in short, the entire workflow," said the magistrate also pointing out that the initiative also meets the Strategic Guideline 2 of the CNJ, which applies to the internal affairs offices of all segments of justice and deals with the procedures of inspection, correction, inquiry and disciplinary administrative proceedings.
The training will continue until the end of Wednesday afternoon (June 16th), concluding the 12-hour duration, being held in Esmat's Virtual Environment and Google Meet Platform. The course is being taught by facilitators Amanda Gomes, partner-director of Gomes & Guimarães Judicial Courses, and judicial analyst at the Court of Justice of the State of Bahia (TJBA) Patric Silva Guimarães.
A new group for the General Guidelines Workshop on the PJeCor System will begin later this month, on June 28th, 29th and 30th, with the participation of servers from offices and directorates of the Court of Justice, the Inspector General's Office, and partner institutions.
