The Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (ESMAT) began, this Tuesday morning (August 8th), another important step towards excellence in its activities. Throughout August 8th, 9th and 10th, the institution will be conducting the first internal audit of 2023 of its processes, as part of the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO 9001: 2015.
The objective of the audit is to assess the compliance of the processes of Esmat with the quality standards defined by ISO 9001:2015. The auditor responsible for conducting the work is Ivan Augusto Gonçalves. The assessments are being carried out through virtual meetings, through the Google Meet platform.
The ISO 9001:2015 Standard defines the requirements to ensure quality standards, with the objective of seeking customer satisfaction and continuous improvement of company performance, ensuring excellence in the provision of training and qualification services for magistrates, civil servers and professionals of the Judiciary of the State of Tocantins, linked to the areas of Law.
