The Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (Esmat) will hold, in April, the first two classes of the I Week of Excellence Management, training aimed at magistrates and civil servers of the Judiciary of the state of Tocantins (PJTO). The initiative seeks to strengthen the management of judicial units through routine qualification, data analysis and development of results-oriented management plans.
The activities of the Class I will be held on April 14th and 15th in the city of Palmas, in the auditorium of Esmat, while Class II will take place on April 22nd and 23th at the Forum of the County of Gurupi. In line with the guidelines of the General Internal Affairs of Justice (CGJUS), the action also reinforces the appreciation of the civil servers of the 1st Instance and it is articulated to the Excellence Management Award.
The programming was structured in three axes: People & Communication, Data & Processes and Results & Deliveries. During the training, participants will work with reading indicators, using business intelligence tools, identifying bottlenecks and building management plans for the judicial units. At the end of the first stage, each unit will present a diagnosis, goals, indicators, managers, deadlines and immediate actions to the General Internal Affairs of Justice.
The activities are coordinated by the auxiliary judge of the CGJUS, Manuel de Faria Reis Neto, and they will be held in person in three regions: Central, South and North. In addition to the April classes, the schedule will follow with the Group III, scheduled for May 11th and 12th, in the city of Araguaína, in the auditorium of the Forum of the County.
