With the aim of training the civil servers of the Judiciary of the state of Tocantins in the stages of the Accreditation System, ESMAT held on Thursday (August 21st), the course on "Training in the procedures of accreditation and management of services in the Accreditation System".
The course, taught by Helivan Araújo Lopes, presented a complete vision of the System, approaching from the contextualization and stages of application, qualification, accreditation and de-accreditation, to the management of services and invoices, focusing on the control of demands, orders, execution and payments.
In his testimony, Professor Helivan emphasized the importance of the Accreditation System for the efficiency of the management of services at the Court of Justice of the State of Tocantins (TJTO).
“It is a tool that centralizes the control of professionals who provide services to the TJTO, such as psychologists, conciliators and health professionals, ensuring faster processes. This training contributes to the agility in the use of this tool", said.
During the training, the participants were also able to understand the standardization of procedures, as well as the means for reducing operational errors and strengthening internal control.
