With the aim of providing magistrates and their advisors with comprehensive theoretical and practical knowledge about the procedures and challenges involved in the Judicial Recovery, the Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (ESMAT) opens registration for the course on "Theory and Procedural Practice in Judicial Recovery" on Tuesday (January 30th). With a 32-hour workload, the training will take place in person from February 23rd to March 15th.
