On Wednesday (January 10th), the auditorium of the Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (ESMAT) welcomed those who had passed the public examination for the award of notary and registry delegations by the Court of Justice of the State of Tocantins (TJTO) and delegates. Aimed at training the target audience, the course aims to provide the comprehensive theoretical and practical knowledge needed to start practicing notarial and registry activities.
Developed by Esmat and taught by professors Vinicius Teixeira de Siqueira and Wagner José dos Santos, the training will continue until Friday (January 12th). On this first day, topics related to the Responsibility of the New Delegate and the Procedures for the Transmission and Transportation of the Collection were covered.
The new delegates are being instructed to focus on the judicial organization of the notarial and registry service specific to the State of Tocantins, which is why the course is highly relevant, as it will provide candidates with knowledge in line with the local legislation and particularities.
