The course on Management and Supervision of Engineering Works and Services began on Monday (October 23rd) at the Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (ESMAT), with the civil servers of the Judiciary taking part in an intensive two-day, 16-hour course.
With the aim of guiding and training the civil servers to act in the control and supervision of public works and engineering services, addressing a systemic performance in the supervision and management of public works contracts, purchases, services of a continuous nature, minutes of adhesion of engineering services and technical and legal guidelines, in accordance with the Laws No. 8.666, of 1993, and No. 14.133, of 2021.

André Paconi Baeta is an engineer with a degree from the University of Brasilia, and since 2004 he has been a Federal Auditor for External Control at the Federal Court of Auditors, working on the inspection and control of public works. He is the author or co-author of the following works: Book "Budget and Price Control of Public Works", published by Pini Editor in 2012.
