With the objective of providing the Judiciary's employees with technical training and theoretical analysis on recurrent themes that are involved in judicial claims for bank revision, expanding the analytical capacity, the interpretation of financial information present in bank contracts of the most diverse modalities, the Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (ESMAT) conducts the course of Banking Revision Calculations and Inflationary Purges, aimed at employees of the Judiciary of the State of Tocantins.
The classes take place in the Distance Learning modality, through the Google Meet Platform and Esmat's Virtual Learning Environment (AVA), and will last until May 5th. Among the objectives of the course are to guarantee a solid body of knowledge to the servers of the different districts of the state; to contribute to their professional training with regard to financial and banking calculations; and to add practical value to the Judiciaryof the State of Tocantins.
For Arthur Emílio, a court-appointed accountant, the course on the revision of bank contracts will improve the quality of the judicial services in the state of Tocantins. "Only by means of training and continued education can we deliver to the court calculations that are safely prepared and that prevent the lengthening of a legal battle, making possible the reasonable duration of the process," he emphasized.
Student Débora de Brito Ribeiro points out that the course on bank contracts review had long been expected by court accountants and came at an opportune moment. "The content is vast and complex; however, the recorded classes allow them to be reviewed at any time, making this EaD modality very interesting, because, in case of doubts, you can watch the video again for a better understanding. The course is still in its initial phase, but I am already very excited," she said.
