Aiming to improve the institute of custody hearings in the state of Tocantins, so that it consolidates as an instrument to control the legality of every act of detention and, therefore, also to regulate the gateway to the prison system, the Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (ESMAT), opens on Tuesday (22nd), registration for the course on Strengthening Custody Hearings in the State of Tocantins.
There are 40 vacancies available for magistrates and servers of the Judiciary of the State of Tocantins who work preferably in Custody Hearings. The training course has a 30-hour workload and will take place from March 10th to April 8th, 2022.
Registration will be open until March 4th, 2022.
