During the period from November 30th to December 2nd 2022, civil servers and magistrates from the Judiciary of the State of Tocantins participated in the course on Investigation and Disciplinary Administrative Procedures. Held by the Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (ESMAT), the action aimed to train those registered in disciplinary procedures based on the provisions established by the main doctrinal and jurisprudential guidelines related to the procedure of investigation and disciplinary administrative procedures, from the legislation and regulations applicable to the matter.
The course was given by the facilitator Tânia de Ávila, who, during the classes, elucidated the themes applied to the principles of the administrative process; Administrative Offense: characteristics, configuration, and repercussion; differentiations between public servers and public agents; Administrative, Civil, Criminal, and Electoral Liabilities: differences, results, and hypothesis of interference of the Criminal one over the others, among others.
With a class load of 24 hours, the course, held at Esmat, was attended by 60 students, among them Judges and civil servers working in the main courts of the State of Tocantins.
