General Internal Affairs Department Pays Tribute To Registrars And Notaries With 3 Decades Of Activity In The State Of Tocantins

On Wednesday evening (August 14th), the auditorium of the Court of Justice of the State of Tocantins was the scene of an honorable tribute to 130 registrars, notaries and notaries public of the State of Tocantins who have dedicated themselves to the notary and registration public service for 30 years or more. The tribute was presented during the opening of the 1st State Meeting of Registrars and Notaries of Extrajudicial Services and the General Internal Affairs of Justice of the State of Tocantins (CGJUS).

Upon receiving the plaque, Luciene Luzia de Paula Dias, the registrar of the Civil Registry of Natural Persons of the Quixaba Village (District of Peixe), couldn't hold back her tears. “It's emotional, there have been many moments of dedication and I'm very proud to be part of this family. This tribute reminded me of my grandfather, Vitorino Carlos Ramalho, who was my inspiration. If I'm here today, I thank him. In the registry office in the city of Peixe, where he worked until he retired, there are documents dating back to 1809, and all of this enchanted me. So today is a very special day,” she said.

With many stories to share from the countless signatures that have validated dreams and impacted lives, delegates like Ana de Queiroz Cavalcante, from the city of Peixe, stressed that the moment was one of gratitude and retrospection. “I started my journey in the office of notary in 1969, in 1988 I took the exam and came first; I chose to go to the city of Peixe, my hometown. This tribute is very gratifying for all these years of work in the extrajudicial sector,” she said.

It was also a moment of recognition and emotion for Altino de Paula e Silva, who has been working at the Real Estate Registry Office of the city of Nova Rosalândia as a notary and registrar for 34 years. “It wasn't easy to get here, it took days and nights of study and dedication; the competition in the contests is great, but in the end it was gratifying, I came first. And this tribute is an honor,” he said.

Recognition

The tribute to all the delegates who have held extrajudicial services in the State of Tocantins for 30 years or more is the recognition of the Judiciary of the effort and dedication of those who, with each document registered, each act drawn up or signature attested, have contributed to the promotion of a quality service to citizens, with integrity and legal security.

“The work carried out by registry offices is essential, extremely important, and the General Internal Affairs Department recognizes and appreciates the tireless commitment that each of you dedicates for serving the community with excellence. It is deeply gratifying to see the efforts of everyone being celebrated here today,” said the Chief Justice of the State of Tocantins, Justice Maysa Vendramini Rosal, during the ceremony.

Esmar Custódio Vêncio Filho, the assistant Judge for Notary and Registration Services at the General Internal Affairs of Justice, also emphasized the contribution made by the notaries honored over the years. “The registry offices have a history in the life of everyone, a great importance within society. And the quality of the work you do reflects on the user and the most important thing you do, which is the legal security,” he said.

“I am very happy to receive this tribute, to say that 30 years is a lifetime, really, within that office, providing service to the community. I would like to congratulate the General Internal Affairs Department and all the people who conceived this project, because for us this is an honorable recognition for all the service we have provided to the community,” said Leôncio Lino, a real estate registry agent in the city of Lagoa da Confusão.
